S4 Farming EP ideas

I would like to have a Farming EP. With harvestables like wheat, corn, barley, ect. and farm stuff like:
Tractors(different types plus older look & new ones), tractor equipment to add to the tractor including a wagon
a rake, shovel, other things, and basket for sims who can't afford the tractor or for olden times; work the ground interaction
gardening gloves
kid's water can to buy instead of one just appearing
farm décor for the inside and outside
old toys from a long time ago IE some we might see on American Pickers or Pawn Stars or just google
clothes line, clothes basket, stand up white old wash tub washer and washing board for olden times and poor sims
farm clothes/hair
ability to milk the cow with a old milk container and the milk crate with the glass jugs
ability to milk goat
ability to get eggs and scatter food on ground for chickens
ability to slop the pigs
old farm truck with wood side boards for hauling animals to sell or to make into meat at the store.
Ability to make square and round bales of hay and use this to feed cows
Ability to play with crawdads & frogs and make them aquarium pets
Potbelly pig, ferret, rabbits, and other unusual pets that won't be added to a Pets or Zoo EP/gamepack
Wagons & plows to be pulled behind cows to tend & haul crops like in old days
Hanging baskets that hang outside and then your sim takes them down gardens and then replaces them
gardener for hire for my sims who are rich and don't want to do the work
Farmer as a job- raises crops and animals
Gardener as a job- raises crops only
farm foods such as grits, okra, cornbread, soup beans, spinach, zucchini, ect.
farm books for kids, farm life, and skill book on how to breed/raise livestock
ability to breed all animals and sell them or choose which to keep-which is reality and what a farmer does. If teens can mess around under the covers, then selling animals shouldn't be a problem; includes farm animals only
Store that sells animal food, tractors, tractor equipment, seeds, square & round hay bales for farmers who don't cut hay, and animals ect.
and larger lots if we don't have them by then.
What farm animals, farm equipment, tools, décor, antiques, harvestables, ect. would you like to see?
