No default 20k for homeless townies.

If you meet a random sim who is homeless right now, they come with 20k, since it's like moving in the first time. For legacy purposes, it ruins it. You can just befriend several people and earn 20k each time (I was spicing up my 5th generation by having the husband let his mistresses move in. After moving both in, I saw a +40k in his money).

If a sim is homeless, they shouldn't have all of that money. Maybe 100 that they earned via collectables, but 20k is too much.
