How to use zerbu's ultimate career mod for the sims 3?

So I'm totally lost on how to use this mod? I so far i know you have to build your own rabbit hole and use rabbit hole rugs but i dont know how to get my sim the job or get them hired? I watched some tutorials and read the instructions but I'm still lost. I already assign the career to each buildingand added sims to the job manually but idk how to get them started in the career. Anybody know how? And the rabbit hole rug just makes them disappear. I really want to use this mod but if its too complicated i guess i will just have to go back to the orignal rabbit holes...anyways..Hope someone can help.

Sorry I read it but i was still confused by it..anyways thanks..i just decided to take it out

Well, if you ever decide to give it another try you might want to open up a thread at NRaas. It's not actually our mod, but a couple of my colleague Site Organizers, the ones who wrote the guide, are avid users. I'm sure they would be happy to answer any specific questions you have. I'd be a bit out of my element there.

Has anyone built a school with this?
What happens to the students that go inside? Do they disappear? Or do they remain visible and use the objects inside?

@CK213 - The link in the post you just responded to uses a school as an example of how the mod can designate part of it for students and part for adults in the Education career. I think the way this works is that they can either enter the rabbit hole (thus disappear) or use any of the skill building objects within the building (thus not disappear) and they both count as being in class or working.

But again, out of my comfort zone as I've never actually set one of these up. It's on my list of things to try one of these days.

@CK213 I think that Ani has built schools with it. I've watched some of her LPs on her utube channel and she doesn't use rabbitholes.
