Moving households between computers

Greetings!
On Sims 3 this was easy for me, but it seems a tad more difficult on Sims 4 as I cannot find where my households are saved, and my hard drive doesn't have enough room to move files (It's currently full with Work stuff)
Is there a way to do this without having to upload the family to the Gallery where others can see / download it? If possible I would like to move the entire save over to my laptop and move them between computers depending on which I am using.
