The Sims 4: Open for Buisness/Amibitions *Work in progress*

After recently purchasing the sims 2 super collection I am having lots of fun with Open for business, and Ambitions is my favorite TS3 EP so here is what I came up with. Feel free to add ideas below.
OWN YOUR OWN BUSINESS:
This would be like TS2 where you could own it on you lot or another lot. Also you could live above it in an apartment.
Types of businesses:
Painting
Woodworking
Makeovers
Bakery
Restaurant
Sculpting
Tutoring
Video Games/Comics
Coffee Shop
Clothing/Fashion Design
(If Sims 4 pets is a thing) Pet shelter/trainer/groomer
NEW CAREERS
Self Employed- For most skills that produce something i.e. (Writing or Painting but not Charisma or Mischief)
Video game developer- Like Game Dev Tycoon
Education-TS3
Medical- TS3 (Ambitions)
Firefighter-TS3
Architect-TS3
Inventor- TS3
Stylist-TS3
NEW SKILLS
Sculpting (Is that a thing already)
Business Management
Barista (Could be combined with mixology)
Firefighting (For non fire fighters too)
Baking (Similar to cooking, can be learned as a child)
Fashion Design
Tuttoring
Barganing
NEW TRAITS
Business Savvy
Fashionista
OTHER
New School Events:
Prom
SIM's (Like SAT's)
Presentations which you can prepare

Backing oven (For kids)
