Been Charged Twice

I'd been saving up for ages for the Skylight Studio, so when I saw it for only 760 simpoints I brought it straight away. I had about 1300 simpoints, but after I'd purchased it it said I had none. At first I thought it would be some error, but it is the same today and I have just looked in my purchase history and the Studio appears there twice

Is there anything I can do?
