Downloading Problems

Hi everyone! Just earlier today, I purchased Brunch at the Old Mill and Al Fresco Street Market on the DD. The thing is, when I went to my Purchase History and tried to download my newly purchased venues, nothing downloaded when I clicked 'Download'. A popup appeared but it said 'file not found' and 'error loading page', and nothing is/was downloading in my launcher. I've already tried to get it to work five times but to no avail. If anyone knows a way around this, please comment below. Thank you!
