    Where can I find reliable CC that won't ruin my game? I'm SO bored with normal game play... I need something new. A pets/university/seasons expansion pack can come out any freaking day now. Especially since I got a newer laptop for Christmas last year & it won't allow me to play Sims 3 anymore.

      Well any custom content is a risk. But I use this website. All of the downloads have been safe for me so far..

      In terms of game mods, ModtheSims is a great resource and has modder support.
      TheSimsResource, is a good place to find a lot of realistic-styled CC.

      MySims4Blog has an updated catalog blog of new CC and mods.
