Also do you have any of your security settings on? You can set origin up to email you code when you try to log in from a different device or use certain features of it. I also get alerts when I've supposedly logged in from a different device, which I haven't myself, but nothing odd has happened with my account and it's always been after weird internet crashes or whatever and I think it just throws it off. But those might help give you peace of mind if you don't already have them enabled.
