Aging Babies

How long do you wait until you age your baby? I honestly just age them within hours nothing really to do with them.... they just wake you up in the middle of the night :#

I usually give them one sim day, gotta make Dad change a dirty diaper and feed the kid at least.

I guess I actually let them age up normally... I had to while playing the 100 baby challenge so I just got in the habit.
