      Well, technically, when your IP logs here - generally, most people are using twitter, FB, etc at some point - or their own websites, etc. So, if you put the IP into flaky data centres, you'll eventually get a match - because it's time-based - basically by session. FB is good because it tracks-back, so you are always visible - they have their own data centres, that you can hop via flaky edu ones (or similar - they all) - basically, FB are constantly snooping everyone anyway - it's no biggie - it's just modern life.
