crashes on gallerey

when I go to look at houses on the gallery my game crashes every time! it is soo frustrating and I don't understand will someone please help.

Hi
Can you try these things:
Right click the sims 4 in origin and select repair game.
If that doesn't work.. try and delete origin cache files :
http://sims4.crinrict.com/en/2014/09/delete-origin-cache-files/

Hi thank you for trying to help but my game is still acting up - the gallery is annoying as it crashes when i have only looked at about 3 simmers houses(Which i love to do) - And i know my computer can handle the SIMS4 -So i guess i will have to reinstall again like i had to do on the SIMS3!!!!!!!!! :\
