    Fence around a lot

    I am stumped. I can't get a fence around a lot without it being stuck on top of a foundation. I know I have to build a wall first but not how to get rid of the foundation.

      You shouldn't have to build a wall first. There are three options when laying fence, and one is just "draw fence" or something like that. That one should work for drawing a fence around your lot without it being a fenced "room" or anything.

      Yep. To the left of the fences is the option to "Place fences by drawing." That'll lay them down with no foundation.

      "place fences by drawing" is the option you click first, then pick your fence
