Mod that could disable eye randomization from doing anything?

Could someone make a mod that disables eye randomization from doing anything. An odd request, but after updating one of the eye color mods I had, nearly all of the sims that I made are broken, as in their eye colors cannot be changed. Randomizing the eyes fixes the problem, but if the randomizing didn't do anything but still allowed me to change the eye colors, that would be great!
