    when i go to put a patio or a backyard i and its one i have downloaded from the community how do i have it ground level .. like if the house is on a foundation bit i want the yard ground level not with a foundation.. help

      This isn't mod related but I think I can answer this.
      *oops, got sidetracked out of this browser tab for like an hour*

      In build mode mouseover where it shows like the foundation and click foundation. There's a slider to change the height, just move it down :)
