Those random townies are KILLING me.
I downloaded a lot of hair and clothes from the Internet, and now the random townies are getting even uglier.
But i'll try dressing those more properly. That's a good idea. Can you imagine a black woman walking around with blonde hair? I think it look awful.
Other thing that bothers me is that all Sims available to hire in my restaurant are game-generated. And these guys don't have any skills. I want to use my own Sims! They look beautiful, dress properly and are skilled chefs.
Since you are already using CC, then you need to look at mods. MC Command Centre allows you to cut down on the townie generation considerably.
As for your CC problem, then download Sims 4 Studio. This has batch files that you can run after installing CC that will prevent townies using CC. It also has batch commands for solving the showering with clothes and other CC problems.
Awake.
Shake dreams from your hair
My pretty child, my sweet one.
Choose the day and choose the sign of your day
The day's divinity.... The Ghost Song - Jim Morrison

Also re. using MCCC for this: You can set the % of different age groups overall.

I've gotten so tired of "Random Townies" that I've made almost every community lot in my game Generic.
Random Townies don't spawn on, Or visit Generic Lots.
Of course this would all be unnecessary if EA were *actually listening* and gave us the option to turn off
the generation of Random Townies,..Not NPC's..(Characters with somewhat necessary roles), I'm talking Townies Only.

..And Then I use this Mod - Generic Lots Are Empty No More! - to populate my lots with my Sims, And only my Sims.
