Turn off annoying music mod.

I was looking around for some mods this morning and came across this, I know that the music annoys some people, personally it doesn't bother me yet but after a few months it might, anyway here is the link to the download.

why would you need a mod? i just turned music under audio down to 0
instruments and stereos still make noise so that fixed issue for me anyway

Edit: nvm its for emotion sounds, personally i like those
