So what happens if you turn a man into a woman and a woman into a man? Can they still conceive a kid? Has anyone tried this? I've not been having luck.

My guess is that the new gender would override the old gender. I guess if you have a male and female impregnate the female then make the male female you could have two biological moms. Putting a pregnant sim in CAS would probably break everything.

lol dont ask what i do in my games. i was playing around in CAS fulledit and thought "why not". but they really aren't conceiving i'm just wondering if it's a fluke.
