How to create a "UserStartup" like.. in this Games + Summoner?

So... i'm just wondering if.. ts4 has a userstartup.. or somekind of "Shortcut/alias.." for cheat.. like in the sims 2..??... --
also : anyone know how to create an "Emotion/Buff/Mood Summoner?".. is that what's suppose to mean... and i do mean that..
