All Hairstyles for All Genders?

I was wondering if such a mod existed, to allow all hairstyles on all the genders, possibly ages as well. Mostly concerned with young adult / adult males and females. The girls have some neat hairstyles that I think would look nice on a dude. :3

Not yet but people have been working on re-tooling them to work on both genders. It's not something that can just be switched on/off (like a mod to tell the game to apply to all), each hair style has to be worked on to work on the other gender.
There are at least a couple discussions about it.
