The villa (see map) converted to a dorm, it can be a new build (that might be best) still just look like an old villa that are converted, of course fitting in this Oxford like university town.
Q1= youve not posted a lot size or site . going by all you'd like I think it will have to be in the extra large range 50/50 , 60/60 or 64/64. I hope this will be ok ? Large is fine 64*64 works for me
Q2= you mention a wedding area. Do you have the store wedding sets ? I have all the store wedding sets
Q3= would you like it to have the seasonal festive items ? If it's not to much trouble it can be a festival lot as well
Q4= what about a kids play area ? yes if adding the festival items
Q5= I could also make alive show area if you would like ? sure

I'm sure to... I have only seen the outside... but I just love it... and the pool... it be host to many a party on warm days... and a great place to be with a date on a quite evning (unless your roomates have a splaching game) she even made the party statue work
can hardly wait to see the inside... it be fun.... but she takent he best from teh house already there and remaked it....(rebuild)
I think I soon see a sneak peak of the inside.

Hello @calmorezoo ! Sorry for coming late my laptop still donot let me.make a post I am also unsure if my request still claimed but still here is answers;
A1 = mixture of concrete and stone along with touch of gladd and wood.. like old factory is made of stone and wood(at roof constryction-like beams) and when converted a reinforced concrete & class part is added/attached?
A2= i m going to use @Rflong7 ' Bridge Port which is empty.. so whereever you found fit.
A3= It is upto you, as designer however you found fit as long as i have bistro/cafe, gift shop(savvy seller) , library&audiovision room, large spaces for exhibitions and maybe and workshop space for both kids & adults! and ofc toilets/stairs/maybe elevator? through more than 1 floor will be cool
A4= it would be cool to reach through metro! also maybe a space for parking(like 4 crs,not too much) but not necessarily!
A5=well i am thinking about modern sculpture garden with benches(not picnic one), somehow i imagine cafe/bistro not on ground floor but upper floor where the view/scenery can be seen?

the thing is I like the villa there (on the mapped lot)... I tried to convert it my self... and failed....
