Can't save game

Hello fellow simmers.
I've been playing the Sims3 since its launched. When I finished playing last night (August 31st), I could not save my game.
This is the first time this has ever happened.
I tried "Save As," as well as deleting all CC. I also looked for stuck Sims and was unable to find any (I did my best to look through the entire world, Sunlit Tides).
I still cannot save my game.
Any suggestions?
