Sims 2 one apartment keeps crashing

Hi I have a TS2 question.
There is a mobile home park under the specialty lots bin, i put it in my neighborhood and tried to move my sim in. The lot will load and i will choose which lot to rent then shortly after it will freeze and crash the game.
Is this lot glitched or something, is there anything i can do?
It has done this twice now other apartments i have placed in the neighborhood seem to be working just fine

I don't have any CC or anything.

This has happened to me too and I don't know why I think it's best to just choose another apartment Oh well I really liked the vibe of that one.

Try this apartment lot: http://www.modthesims.info/download.php?t=368265 if you don't mind downloading custom lots.
The original lot is bugged to begin with and I've had the same problem with it.
