    got an email that there was a problem with my pre order billing yet i order this game almost a week ago and got the email today. sims 4 is still in my library should i be concerned? when i click the click to update pre order information it takes me to a blank page. so i am really confused

      I got the same email. The game still on my library but I can't preload yet :(
      This is the first time I had a problem buying anything from origin
