Thanks for this thread - I'm happy EA is discussing this and throwing around possibilities, even if they aren't making any concrete promises. I'm itching to start building worlds in Sims 4! And anything that permits the alteration of current neighbourhoods is fine by me.
@SimGuruModSquad I've got to say that you're really going above and beyond to help us all out! Thank you so much for all your work in getting creators all these answers! It's not really your job to talk to the technical team about this type of stuff, so the effort you're putting into this is REALLY appreciated!
