Most definitely. The things that a lot of people are upset about (which are valid points, mind you) are things that I don't care too much about in my Sims experience, so the lack of them doesn't bother me.
No
Too many missing features. I didn't expect for a lot of them to be in the game but no toddlers and pools is a joke.
Price too high for so many thing to be out and I don't care to pay $70 for a bunch of decorations.

You don't care about your sims experience? Why are you getting the game then?
Yes. I hate that toddlers and pools aren't in there, and the jobs look weird, but the CAS demo gave me hype. My God that was fun. I look so forward to the game
I'm definitely getting it.
The new CAS and genetics system looks amazing (i don't have the demo yet), and so do the combo of traits and emotions.
I am going to miss the story progression, but it appears that the ease of switching between households will make that manageable.
What I've seen i'm looking forward to

I said that I don't much care about having these things in my Sims experience, meaning I don't care there are no toddlers, pools, CASt, etc., not that I don't care about Sims?
Pre-ordered. I like that it's a very different game from Sims 3. Why would I want to play a new game that's just like my old game, but with different graphics? I'm looking forward to the new emotions and game play and new neighborhoods and the all new build mode excites me! But I will also still play Sims 3. I have all the XPs and SPs and still have tons of things I've not done yet. Or built. Or seen.
