I was wondering if anyone had any information on the new Sims 4 Neighbourhood 'system'.
I would really appreciate it if someone could tell me whether or not we'd be able to create new 'blank/empty' neighbourhoods such as in the Sims 2 where in you could just click and choose from a variety of pre-sculpted terrains and then generally plot and create your own town/community etc.
Does anyone know if this will be possible in the Sims 4?
I've heard that communities are a lot smaller now [ in Sims 4 ], and rumour that there is a very limited amount of pre-made plots, which you may not even be able to freely place around the area yourself.
I haven't experienced much of the Sims 3, but from what I have experienced-you were only able to load different versions of the already existing towns...

You cannot sculpt any terrains. You can change the terrain paint.
I think someone counted 12 houses in one of the "worlds".

I really like the look of the new Sims 4 neighbourhoods, especially the new rocky-kinda styled one [ Oasis Springs ? ] but their new way of designating lots seems very restricting for the game.
I would have expected the fact that they're now using loading screens instead of an open world to have opened up more possibilities [ as well as fixing bugs/smoother gaming ] within how you sculpt your own world..
