    Sims 2 Ultimate never showed up in library!! :-(

    I got the email about my Sims 2 games but the Ultimate Collection still has not appeared in my library! Anyone know if I've missed a step?

      Enter the code I-LOVE-THE-SIMS, everyone gets it free now. At the top under "origin' go to "redeem product code"

      Someone posted earlier how to do it. If I remember you go to origin, click redeem product code and then type I-LOVE-THE-SIMS.

      I didn't get the e-mail, but I did put in the code and got a message telling me I was successful, but no game showed up to download. What step is missing here?
