I have seen lots of videos and lots of pics of CAS Demo
While some pics look sooo good very smooth others do not look good and hard on edges and very blocky. Could be due to low PC specs or not proper way of taking screen shot.
To those who have it can you please share your PC specs, Your experience with CAS, if it worked smoothly etc.. And your CAS settings.
I appreciate your contribution here. Will help us to know where do we stand with our PCs when we get it
Everything I post is an opinion here and I think every post of others is as well.

Mine is Mac 2009. 2.66 GHz Quad-Core Intel Xeon
10GB ram.
I would bet you that it will not work well on my computer. More so because if they don't sell it as a native Mac game, i will have to play it through Parallells.
CPU: Intel i7-2640M (dual core)
RAM: 8 GBs
OS: Windows 7 64-bit
GPU: Nvidia 525M 2GB
I've been playing the demo on high settings in 1080p resolution. It looks fantastic and runs very smoothly. I would be ecstatic if the actual game ran this well but I'm not counting on it!
Mine:
Windows 7 Professional 64 bit
16 GB of RAM
Intel Core i7 at 4.20 GHz
GeForce 660 Ti video card (3 GB of DDR5 RAM onboard)
Startup Drive- 112 GB SSD
Storage Drive- 1 TB
Settings set to maximum
Here's a couple of my sims:

Did you get CAS? How was your experience?
Thank you for sharing your specs. Glad everything is going smooth for you
Well i have Windows 8 on my mac through Parallels(application). Can i try the Demo..where do i go for it?

Nice specs and your sims look terrific. Thank you for sharing
I want my gameplay also to be set at high too and want all the edges to be smooth
I play most my games on my iMac through bootcamp, it is more stable than parallels
I play both Sims 2 and Sims 3 on my bootcamp
You should check origin to see if you got the CAS or not. It is invite only for now
i7-3770 CPU
3.40 GHz
12.0 GB Ram
Window 7 Home Premium, 64 bit (not in a rush to update to Win 8.1)
Works like a charm. Sims 3 runs great and any temporary glitches seem to be due to CC or updates etc. It has never been a computer issue. Graphics are great in the game as well.
I use Norton Internet Security for years. I run CCleaner regularly as well as Glary Utilities. Never have a problem with viruses.
A sample pic of the Sims 4 demo ( I think I want this guy to move in!)
16GB Ram
1 TB hard drive
Nvidia Geforce GTX 760M
Sims 4 CAS works smoothly on the highest settings
I received the CAS DEMO. It's pretty cool. But its somewhat difficult to use. The game runs flawlessly or atleast CAS does...Im pretty sure the sims 4 will also run well on my computer considering I built it specifically for gaming....might up my processor.
here are two of my creations.
3.6 GHz
8G Ram
Windows 7 Home Premium, 64-Bit
AMD Radeon R9 270x, 2G memory
Runs great on my system! I have default settings so I'm not sure what they're running at within the game.
I'm not a psychopath. I'm a high-functioning psychopath. Reaper
Windows 8
Intel i5-3230M
12GB RAM\
Dual 650m running in SLI (which the Sims does NOT utilize)
I run everything in ultra high quality, 1920x1080 in a full screen window. I run a browser and a few other applications on my primary monitor while CAS runs in my secondary monitor. It looks decent and runs well. I really appreciate the ability to run in a full screen window -- this is great for a dual monitor setup.
Is bootcamp any good on Macs? I have wine glass or something to convert Windows files to mac...
Windows 8.1 32 bit
Intel Core Duo CPU, 2.1 GHz
2 GB RAM
Nvidia Quadro NVS 140M, 112 MB dedicated RAM
Also tried on my tablet but touch screen support is horrible. Did not take pics. Ran fine though
Windows 8.1 32 bit
Intel Atom (4 CPU) 1.8 GHz
2 GB RAM
Intel Graphics Media Accelerator, 0 MB dedicated RAM

Below is a re-post of part of my feedback for the CAS Demo.

VIDEO2: NVIDIA GTX 675M 2GB (For gaming)
Overall I'm okay with the CAS Demo but it hasn't made me change my mind about pre-ordering, so I'm still on the fence. I need to see way more than this to make me change my mind (i.e. actual gameplay). I'm still looking for that "Wow Factor".
Note: I've also snooped around in the the GraphicsCards.sgr and GraphicsRules.sgr files. Turns out the Intel(R) HD Graphics 4000 (integrated) isn't even on the list. You've somehow missed it and that is a widely used integrated card. Since it's not on the list the graphics were automatically set to low. Strange all the other Intel cards (even older) were there.
This needed to be added to the list.
I've since gone into the NCP and assigned the dedicated gaming graphics. As well as set the resolution to 1080p and the below.

Runs well
I7-3770k
16.0 RAM
Nvadia GTX Titan

Settings all to high. Runs very well, but it should on the above computer.
And some of the Sims I created:
(I forgot to add on my previous message, all the settings for the Demo are Ultra/High and it runs smoothly, I'm completely satisfied with it!)
