reinstall help

Hi I am reinstalling my game but I only want to patch up to 1.50 and I was wondering if someone can direct me to a good site or forum post with the patches in proper order. I got a new hard drive and before I did I had done a reinstall and manually patched because after 1.50 my game didn't work with my cc(and I tried everything to get it to work, just got a black screen.)

Anyways I'd appreciate a point in the right direction to the manual patches,the last time I did it it was across so many sites it was kind of messy.

I have all ep's and sp's up to Into The Future(the only one I don't have.)

edit: also wondering if I have to patch the first few expansions or just patch base game up to 1.50
