A function/s that allows sims to eat the same table at home or out and a party zoning ability.

I would like that the new sims4 have the ability to have sims eat at the same table when they go on dates, or even family dinners at home and stay put until you break it up.
Every time I have a sim go out to a restaurant, party, bar or any venue with a table its impossible for them to stay put or bring food to eat/drink at a table or have a conversation at table since your date/family members just float away.
Also the ability to zone any area of a house/lot/venue as a party zone so all the sims are in your party are in the same area. My experience when a party occurs is that every one of the guests disappears up stairs roaming in houses and walk away in venues. Since when do you allow party guest to roam your upper rooms, unless you're in a dorm which would be part of the course.
For far too long, we have been without this feature which I remember vaguely it being in the sims2 series.
