    My BUY Button Does Not Work for Latest Venue

    I've been trying to purchase the new venue since it's release Thur, but my button isn't working. I have more than enough sim points and I'm signed in.

    Any suggestions? :?

      Perhaps you could try a different browser? I don't know. Just a suggestion, since a lot of people have been able to buy it.

      I have to agree with you. Funny thing is...it's allowing me to wish list it and gift it....LOL. Going to try Google Chrome.

      nothing is working and I'm getting highly agitated. It won't allow me to download stuff that I have bought already! WTH is going on here?

      I'm a sad kitty kat today. :cry:

      Ok, found the issue. Seems that IE is having issues with Windows 8.1. I used FireFox and was able to get it installed.

      I'm glad you solved your problem. Often the problem with browsers is a need to clear your browsing history.
