MOODICI: the Altos Take Over Riverview (updated 06/06/14)

Hi there! This is my first post so I hope I'm not breaking any rules...

I recently decided to create my first Sims-related blog. I was feeling overwhelmed and a little bored with creating and playing my own Sims (my style is more focused on the building aspects anyway), so it seemed that it would be fun just to take a pre-made family and combine it with a different pre-made world. Of course there will still be a lot of building makeovers, though!

And so, I present the House of Moodici. In a nutshell, the Altos get kicked out of Sunset Valley and must make a new life as an Italian dynasty in Riverview. The name Moodici is Medici changed to match the farming town atmosphere.

AEventyr: Thanks for your comment. I'd probably never have come up with Sims like the Altos. Despicable, yes, though quite cute also. Still don't know what to do with Holly, since she's so different from her parents.

M13Vulpecula: Thank you! The Altos have shown me that it's much funnier and more fun to have twisted Sims than my usual, "nice" kind (Friendly, Good Sense of Humor...).

Thanks, M13Vulpecula! I normally shy away from choosing the Evil trait, so this has been a fun surprise to see all the crazy stuff Evil Sims get up to. It took a while to get used to some of the stuff; for example, I'd just be playing the game, then there would suddenly be a loud howl like MWAHHAHAHAH!!! that would make me go, "What the heck was that?"

Nick also shouts autonomously quite a bit, and the sound cuts through whatever activity my clicked Sim's doing.

Since seeing your comment, M13Vulpecula, I've been tempted to convert all the "Good" family members into Evil ones. Come to think of it, that would fit in with one of the plot points I've planned for the heirs...
