Help, Cant seem to be able to rotate the pool corners { now resolved }

Im here to get so advice from all my fellow creative builders.
For sometime now Ive Not been able to use the corner tools to create curvred pools.
However Im able to rotate everything else in build/buy.
(Im using a win8 laptop)
So im asking is there anything in the game setting options that I need to check to enable this option. :?:
its driving me nuts only being able to creat square edged pools.

thank you spackichan I couldnt believe it was so simple as using bottons < >
