I know you said midnight but you'd already generously given me more than enough time so I felt I should hand it in by ten. Thanks to everyone for their patience, I'm sorry it took so long. Life's just been hectic.
It turned out better than I expected but I'm not completely happy with it.
I'm sorry, I didn't attempt the extra credit.
WOW Lily! When did you learn to draw hair? It's absolutely amazing!

Thank you so much! That means a lot coming from you!
And I'm not sure, only recently! It's my third or fourth attempt at hair drawing. I just filled in a darker base, added several different shades of highlights and a fair bit of smudging and blurring, and changed the hue/saturation. :-)

WOW, your third attempt it looks faultless I've tried numerous times but for the death of me can't work out how to do it! Do you use Gimp or PS?

I use Gimp. And thank you! I know a lot of tutorials out there are quite confusing, and I worked really loosely off this one here. I only follow it roughly though, not completely. I've only done straight hair so far (start with it because the hair tends to only flow in one direction unless it curves slightly round the scalp and face) because it's a lot more simpler than waves and curls. I'm not brave enough to attempt them yet.
wow! thanks guys! i am still loving that shot! i'm purty proud of it. makes me want to do more like that one and represent all elements, just for fun! like i don't have enough to do already.....

Thank you so much, Maggie! It wouldn't of worked without your awesome pose, that's for sure.
