Pets Building Request - Training Grounds

Hello there! Very soon I'll be creating a new family soon and they'll have a house to live in but need a place to train their horses. I find the Appaloosa Plains Training Grounds too crouded and people are always in the way so I need a new one but I'm really bad at making them!
