I can't get to my purchase history!!!

I am very upset. I had to get my computer redone so I have to put all of my sims stuff back on my computer, but I can't get the purchase history page to load. I even talked to a EA person on live chat and did what they told me to and it still doesn't work. I click on the ok button after I reenter my password for security reasons and it doesn't do anything. I also can't add anything new to my wishlist. What is up with the website?! I want to play my game.
