Free Gift not showing up under "My Games" after being redeemed

I clicked on the link to redeem Town Life, it said that it would be located in the "My Games" tab on the Origin launcher in 72 hours. It has been a week and it is still not appearing.
When I click on the redeem button again, it says that I already claimed it.
