I am downloading Town life right now!! I logged into Origin and the right corner of the sims 3 base game had a little orange banner type deal across it with a white puzzle piece in the middle. When I put my mouse over it, it said "new content available for purchase." So I clicked on the hyper link that pops up when you mouse over a game in origin that allows you to look at the game information or to play. But I clicked on the Hyper link that said "The Sims 3 tm" Scroll down to the bottom of the page, and you'll see all the sims 3 games. Mouse over town life and the little box should pop up. Click on the button that says "free", and just go through the process like you would if you were buying a new game, but of course in this case its free, and download!! At least this how it worked for me!!
