How do i reverse engineer nanites?

i dont know how to reverse engineer nanites. my plunbbot wants to reverse engineer a nanite but how do i do that? do i use the machine you use to build nanites with? i didnt have the option to do that on the machine you build the nanites on and my bot has her bot skill maxed. thanks for all replys and all help have a simtastic day and happy simmin

Just have a Nanite either in the Sim's inventory or somewhere on a lot. Click on it and choose reverse engineer.

your have to unlock it in the into the future bot builder skill. I am really happy that a plumbot counts as a kid you raise from child to teenager, this should make the family oriented lifetime reward easier to accomplish for some.
