I'd love some recommendations for Maxis-styled CC..

Hello simmers It's been quite some time since my last post.

today I need some help. I'm cleaning out my game and only adding some things like the eyelash remover mod, some subtle default skin mos, default eye mods, and all that jazz. However, I would like to know if there are any blogs, sites tumblrs (you name it!)..that have hairstyles that match and look a little like an EA/maxis created hairstyle? I don't want anything detailed and super crazy, either (what I mean by that is the gravity defying detailed hairs of total utter perfection...)

Hopefully one of you guys can help me! It'd mean quite a lot. it really, really would.

I'm no expert in the area, but I know that Nixels on Simblr has done some re textures of CC hairs that look quite Maxis-Match to me.

You were not asking for eyes or skin, but when I was using CC I used these as they still look like sims they just look subtly better.

I think it would help you search if you looked for 'EA match' as some hairstyles have been retextured to match the game.

Anubis has two different versions of most downloads, you will want her 'EA Hightlights' version not the 'Adjust a Shine' version.

Also these are retextured EA hairstyles, some are nice because removing the accessories made them more versatile.

thanks you two! And I'm onto the ea matches now! I tried looking for them the day I posted this but it was only really showing TS2 hairstyles and clothing. thank you for the plain eyes and skin link, as well as anubis' blog Aren't her clothes just the cutest?
