    I was just wondering; if I were to host a lottery, and allowed nominations, how would distribution of prizes typically work? Would the person who nominated them state which items to give them as prizes, or would I announce the winner's name and ask them to tell me what they would want? :)

      In the lotto I am holding right now, I am just going to ask the winners what then want after I pick them.
      There is a lotto I saw the today, where you just put which item your want for you or someone else!
      So either way I don't think it matters! :D
