How do I change the Camera Settings ( For Machinima )

I've tried messing with the .ini file in the Sims 3 folder in program files but it seems that it doesn't reflect any in game. It was a really convoluted system to change it back @ the Creators Camp and don't have the files that were provided for that.

Basically, I want to slow the camera down from one camera preset to another.

EDIT: Solved - Its the LerpDuration setting in the Videocamera.ini file in the game folder under program files. Thanks to Decorgal for tutorializing this.
