Full of emptieness

So I bulldozed my home lot, but problem is it won't let me build a new house. It's part of a custom map, and the lot is one that I built in. Any suggestions on how to fix this?

Did you bulldoze the whole lot or just what was on the lot?
If you only just bulldozed the house on the lot it might be worth deleting the whole lot and replacing it.
They can sometimes glitch.

Fixed it! All I had to do was save after bulldozing, log out, and log back in. I gotta remember this for next time.

That usually fixes most glitches.
