Uninstalling/ Reinstalling World Adventures

Im having trouble with the Champs Le Sims neighborhood. The sims are not visible to me and the adventure board is not giving missions. I would like to do a reinstall of the expansion pack but since my sim has level 3 visa's in all 3 neighborhoods I have alot of skills, items, relics, and artifacts (including Pangu's Axe)that I do not wish to lose. I am wondering if I uninstalled it and reinstalled it would those things vanish?
