Town Hall taking -9 seconds and 2,147,483,647 LP to finish in Freeplay

Okay, so when I started building my Town Hall something really bizzare happened and it jumped from its normal building time of like five hours to a crazy 312 hours. I'm not sure what I did. It could be that I didn't wait long enough after starting to build because I clicked on something else afterwards. I forgot what I clicked on, but the game went back to the load screen and my Town Hall was saying it needed 312 hours to finish. I decided to wait 312 hours because I hardly had any LP, thinking the bug would work itself out. After the 312 hours I got back on and found that I now need 2,147,483,647 LP and it would take NEGATIVE 9 seconds to finish. Did someone hack my game and can I cancel the build? I can't build any more businesses and I kind of need to be able to to complete the tasks.
