I've downloaded a few sims and lots and have tried to install them. However, when I attempt to install the sims and lots, the launcher turns black and just sits there. I have the latest patch so I'm not sure what to do. Any tips, suggestions or help?

just want to confirm you can install other items like store or third party. also is origin up to date there was a recent updATE, plus is your game updated to 1.55
