Bistro Glitches

when I played with that new bistro:
-when I hired, I had to pay the employees, even though I did not own the lot.
-when I created my Fast Food Restraunt "Dusty Hogg Diner", I used a different sim to set it up, but when I switched back to my sims, the Restraut could not be ordered from.
-the sims I hired apparently live at my Houseboat now, and I cant get them to leave.
-and The Repoman was supposedly coming even though I been paying my bills
