Water front property for Dragon Valley!

For those playing in Dragon Valley, I've created an old world water front cottage!

An old world water front cottage for your more medieval types! Nell's cottage includes docks, boats, fishing and swimming access, plus a river to fish in. Three bedrooms plus nursery alcove, attached barn, hot tub, bon fire, large garden plot, chicken coop, fenced in play space, archery range and a family cemetary. What more could you ask for? A keg of ale you say... it's got that too! NO CC USED!

This is not a Royal dwelling, it's a comfortable family home! It's where the not quite so royals lived happily ever after!

Edit to add:- I've just spent some time in your studio. I've rec'd lots, downloaded two homes and fav'ed many more to pick up later. Love your work it's all very good.

You did a lovely job on this house. I have bookmarked and will download and rec. The problem I have had with exchange lots that extend over water is that you have to almost place the lot the exact same way the builder did in order for it to work.
