My first IP exchange upload: plz help me test it if its ok with transaction and gameplay performance

Hey fellow simmers it's datscoolest here Ive uploaded my first IP exchange item ( it took forever!) called: The Isla Family (houseboat+family) in the lots section, so bro and sis are living together in an expensive swank houseboat, the sis is a mermaid she has a colourful tail and she loves diving and the bro is not a mersim but he loves going in boats and diving underwater
So basicly they love the beach life (I would upload pics but I don't know how) ( If someone could tell me!) :? :!:
So can you please download this lot for testing, gameplay performance and post feedback!
